We're building a bench of sharp, curious junior talent and training them to become strong business analysts. If you like puzzles, spreadsheets, and figuring out how things actually work, this role is for you.

The Opportunity

As a Junior Business Analyst, you'll rotate through live client engagements, shadow senior analysts, and take on increasing ownership of requirements gathering, data analysis, and reporting. No prior BA experience is required — just strong fundamentals, curiosity, and a willingness to learn fast.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

– Sit in on stakeholder conversations and help turn what people say into clear, written requirements.

– Pull data from multiple systems, clean it up, and look for patterns worth flagging.

– Build simple process flows and diagrams so teams can see how a workflow actually operates today.

– Put together status updates, one-pagers, and slide summaries for project stakeholders.

– Track open questions, action items, and decisions across active projects.

– Test proposed solutions against the original requirements before they go live.

– Flag risks, gaps, or inconsistencies early rather than after they become problems.

– Keep documentation current so nothing lives only in someone's head.

You'll Do Well Here If You Have

– A bachelor's degree (Business, IT, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or similar) — new grads encouraged to apply.

– Comfort with Excel at a practical level (formulas, pivot tables); SQL exposure is a bonus, not a requirement.

– A habit of asking 'why' before jumping to a solution.

– Solid writing skills — you can summarize a messy conversation into three clean bullet points.

– Some exposure to Visio, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, or ticketing tools like JIRA (nice to have, not a dealbreaker).

– The ability to work independently once pointed in the right direction, while still asking for help when needed.

– Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice-to-Haves

– Internship, co-op, or class project involving requirements gathering or data analysis.

– Coursework or certification touching on business analysis, Agile, or data analytics.

– Any hands-on time with an ERP or CRM platform.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
