Full Time Stylist/Keyholder Position for Brochu Walker at The Post, Montecito

Job Description and Duties:

The Key Holder will be responsible for selling and acting as the supervisor in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager. The Key Holder will hold keys to the store and when scheduled will be required to perform all necessary functions to open or close the store successfully.

Responsibilities

• Leadership
• Function as the team leader in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager.
• Resolve problems as they arise, swiftly and in the best interest of the customer.
• Help the SM and ASM to motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Provide ideas, suggestions, and feedback to the SM around opportunities that exist to grow the business.
• Selling
• Act as the Stylist when on the sales floor.
• Sell and wardrobe clients from head to toe and develop a loyal repeat following focusing on relationship selling and customer outreach.
• Operations
• Assist with the oversight of all operational and back of house processes contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Open/close the store in accordance with Company policy and procedure.

Perform Other Duties as required.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
