Civil Earthwork Crew Leader
Overview
Wireless Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Earthwork Crew Leader to lead field crews on telecommunications infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on role requiring leadership, coordination, and active participation in daily site work. Candidates must be safety-minded, dependable, ready to lead by example and willing to travel frequently Monday through Friday, and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside crews performing site development and earthwork activities.
- Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet project goals.
- Assist with excavation, grading, foundations, conduit installation, and related site work.
- Review plans, monitor progress, and ensure work meets quality standards.
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce safe work practices.
- Communicate project status and field needs with project managers and customers.
- Train crew members and resolve field issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Experience leading crews in civil, utility, site, or wireless construction.
- Ability to read construction drawings and project plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of jobsite safety standards and equipment operations.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record; must pass background check and drug screen.
Preferred: Telecommunications construction experience, equipment operation experience, and OSHA or other safety certifications.
Pay: Starting at $28+/hour, based on experience.
Civil Earthwork Laborer
Overview
Wireless Construction, Inc. is seeking dependable Civil Earthwork Laborers to support telecommunications infrastructure projects. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, is willing to learn, and can work safely in outdoor environments with frequent Monday through Friday travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform labor supporting earthwork and wireless site construction activities.
- Assist with excavation, grading, foundations, conduit installation, and material handling.
- Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite materials.
- Work with operators and crew members to keep projects progressing efficiently.
- Follow direction from supervisors and crew leaders.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and identify potential hazards.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and perform general labor duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Construction, earthwork, utility, site work, or wireless experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials regularly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of jobsite safety practices.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record; must pass background check and drug screen.
Preferred: Civil construction, utility, telecommunications, or equipment experience, along with OSHA or other safety certifications.
Pay: Starting at $20+/hour, based on experience.

Job Type: Full-Time, with overtime as needed.
Travel: Monday-Friday travel is frequently required; travel stipend provided when applicable.
