We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical oversight and behavioral support services within small residential Behavior Support Group Homes serving individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and co-occurring behavioral health needs.
The BCBA will lead the development and implementation of evidence-based behavior interventions designed to improve adaptive functioning, reduce challenging behaviors, and enhance quality of life in a home-based setting. This position is based in a residential group home setting and supports individuals with varying behavioral, emotional, and support needs, including situations that may require implementation of approved behavioral intervention strategies. The BCBA will provide clinical guidance, staff training, and in-the-moment coaching to support effective and person-centered behavioral services in accordance with organizational policies and best practices.
