The Technical Lead drives the technical direction of our engineering team, ensuring the delivery and ongoing support of scalable, high quality, and reliable software solutions. This role blends hands on engineering, architecture, leadership, and production support ownership, guiding developers through the full lifecycle, from design and build to deployment, monitoring, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

The Technical Lead will have a broad set of responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:

• 
  Collaborate with App dev, PMO, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to:

o Define and maintain a technically feasible roadmap
o Scope, design, and deliver solutions addressing business and operational needs
o Balance feature delivery with stability and supportability

• Build strong relationships across teams, ensuring transparent communication during delivery and production incidents.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field required
• Master’s degree preferred

• 
  2+ years of proven success as a Technical Lead supporting applications from build through production support.
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft stack technologies:

o .NET / .NET Core, C#, Visual Studio, Entity Framework, SQL Server

• 
  Front end technologies:

o JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS
o Angular (v18), React (v16)

o Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, etc.) or equivalent
o Azure DevOps
o CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

• 
  Experience with:

o Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
o Transactional databases and caching strategies
o Test driven development, unit/integration testing
o Public and internal APIs, integration frameworks
o Microservices and event driven architectures
o Performance tuning and troubleshooting production systems
o Secure software development practices
