We've recently launched our own in-house Electrical Division, and we're looking for a second skilled electrician to join the team. We also have a need for an apprentice. What You'll Be Doing

This is a mixed-work role — no two days look the same. You'll handle:

• Residential electrical service: panel upgrades, troubleshooting, outlet/switch installs, lighting, ceiling fans, GFCI/AFCI work
• Commercial service work: small commercial repairs, breaker replacements, dedicated circuits, code-compliance corrections
• HVAC-related electrical: disconnects, line-voltage runs, low-voltage controls, condenser whips, mini-split power feeds (a specialty of our sister company, Suncoast Mini Split Specialists)
• Specialty work: EV charger installs, generator hookups, surge protection, smart-home integration

You'll work both independently on your own service calls and alongside our HVAC install teams when electrical scope is part of a larger project.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1–5+years of hands-on electrical experience across residential and commercial work
• Solid working knowledge of the current NEC and Florida amendments
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record (we provide a company truck)
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
• Professional appearance — clean uniform, respectful in customers' homes
• Strong communication skills — you'll be talking directly with homeowners

A plus, but not required:

• Experience working with Pasco/Hernando/Pinellas county inspectors
• Low-voltage / HVAC controls experience
• EV charger or generator installation experience
• Service-trade background (you understand that a happy customer is the whole job)
