The Will Leather Goods flagship store in Portland is in a high-energy location and requires a high-energy, experienced salesperson for this full-time position.

10+ years of experience in luxury merchandise retail sales is required.

The successful candidate:

• Must be articulate and capable of expressing brand message to guests.
• Must have a high level of professionalism in a fast paced sales environment.
• Theatrical/ acting/public speaking a plus
• A performative, poised, outgoing personality.
• Experience with upscale clientele.
• College degree preferred.
• A proven track record of merchandising expertise is part of the successful candidate’s profile.
• Assist customers in selecting products and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure a well-organized store environment.
• Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and assist in merchandising efforts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and perform product demos when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
