Pay Rate: $19.29/hr

We're hiring dependable, motivated individuals for multiple first-shift production and warehouse opportunities. Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking to learn new skills, we offer paid training and opportunities for growth.

Available Positions Bindery Worker Responsibilities

• Learn to set up and operate a variety of bindery equipment.
• Assemble, bind, and finish books and printed materials.
• Install spiral bindings and perform stitching, drilling, laminating, coiling, and perforating/creasing.
• Separate book blocks and pages.
• Insert and build books.
• Perform glue and tip-in repairs.
• Assist on packaging lines.
• Complete boxing, unboxing, rework, and other hand assembly tasks.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive bending and twisting.

Fulfillment Associate Responsibilities

• Assemble and install warehouse racking.
• Perform material handling and general warehouse duties.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Print Production / Bindery Machine Operator Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bindery and production equipment.
• Learn production processes and machine setup.
• Troubleshoot equipment and make basic machine adjustments.
• Maintain production quality and efficiency.
• Follow work orders and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude or machine operation experience preferred.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Flexible to work overtime and schedule changes as needed.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and production processes.

• Machine troubleshooting and adjustments

Preferred Experience

Previous manufacturing, bindery, warehouse, fulfillment, or machine operation experience is preferred, but not required. Paid training is provided for motivated candidates who are eager to learn.
