Responsibilities

• Manage Multi family, commercial drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, and specialty construction projects from award through closeout.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Work closely with estimators, superintendents, foremen, suppliers, and general contractors.
• Conduct project meetings and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Communicate daily with field crews in both English and Spanish.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and writing preferred).
• Previous project management experience in commercial construction.
• Drywall, metal framing, or related interior systems experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction specifications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with construction management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
