Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and employees
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors
• Maintain positive relationships with insurance companies
• Monitor workflow and ensure efficiency and quality of work
• Maintain body shop equipment
• Assign repair work to technicians for maximum efficiency
• Approach repair planning with a sense of urgency and detail to avoid waste and rework
• Work closely with the sales and production staff to ensure the goals and benchmarks of our multiple DRP relationships are met
• Ensure information in management system is accurate at all times to reflect vehicle status
• Ensure complete disassembly of vehicles to allow for accurate and complete estimates prior to repairs
• Maintain excellent technician and painter productivity
• Control repair order flow and monitor open repair orders and work in process
• Must hold customer satisfaction and quality to its highest standards while maintaining respectable cycle times
• Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or higher
• Embrace technology
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Detail oriented with critical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Estimating knowledge/Experience Bodyshop Management system experience, CCC1 a must
• Ability to Delegate effectively
• Communicate well with employees and customers
• Lead a good team

Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
