Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Hiring Manager to lead our recruitment efforts, build strong teams, and ensure the seamless onboarding of talented interpreters. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract qualified interpreters and support staff
• Lead the interview process, assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and ongoing development programs for new hires
• Manage staffing schedules to ensure optimal coverage for client assignments
• Maintain accurate records of hiring activities, employee performance, and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs based on project demands and company growth
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes team engagement, professional development, and retention

Experience

• Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within the hospitality, food service, or related industries with a focus on team leadership and training
• Strong background in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding staff in fast-paced environments such as quick service or fine dining restaurants is highly desirable
• Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) and cash handling procedures is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and profit/loss analysis effectively
• Excellent communication skills with experience in managerial communication and staff supervision
• Prior experience in hospitality management or food service management roles will be considered an asset
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $35.56 - $42.81 per hour
