Key Responsibilities

- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding healthcare programs, services, and benefits.
- Schedule appointments and assist patients with care coordination.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Escalate complex medical inquiries to licensed healthcare professionals when appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards.
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

Required

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers and web-based applications.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred

- Customer service experience.
- Healthcare, medical office, or call center experience (preferred but not required).
- Experience using scheduling software, CRM systems, or healthcare platforms is a plus.
