Help us Shape the Next Generation of Mixed-Use & Transit-Oriented Communities!
About Us
We are a growing real estate development company focused on creating exceptional mixed-use, multifamily, retail, transit-oriented, and placemaking projects that strengthen communities and stand the test of time.
Our philosophy is rooted in timeless design, thoughtful urbanism, disciplined execution, and long-term ownership. We believe successful development begins with great planning and architecture, not simply building projects, but creating walkable neighborhoods, vibrant public spaces, and lasting community value.
Unlike a traditional architectural practice, our design team works directly alongside the development team from project inception through construction. This integrated approach allows us to influence every aspect of a project's success, from site selection and entitlement to planning, architecture, construction, and long-term operations.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Architect to become a key member of our team and help establish the design standards, technical excellence, and collaborative culture that will define our company for years to come.
The Opportunity
This position is responsible for leading the planning, design, documentation, and execution of multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and transit-oriented development projects from concept through construction.
The role serves as both the technical and organizational leader for assigned projects, managing consultants, coordinating project teams, and ensuring design intent, quality, schedule, and budget are maintained throughout every phase of a project.
A hands-on leadership approach requiring excellent technical ability, sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to mentor staff while delivering complex projects in a collaborative, design-focused environment is who we think would be a good fit.
The successful candidate will regularly interact with our development team, consultants, municipalities, contractors, and project stakeholders while providing leadership in technical discussions and helping guide project decisions.
