Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and strategic planning efforts. Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting processes, including tax accounting, auditing, and financial regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Manage mergers & acquisitions activities by conducting due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning.
• Utilize advanced spreadsheets and financial software to analyze data trends, identify opportunities for cost savings, and improve reporting efficiency.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure timely completion of audit procedures with minimal discrepancies.
• Communicate complex financial information clearly to clients and internal stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations.
• Drive project management efforts for finance-related initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance or accounting roles with a strong understanding of GAAP and industry-specific financial regulations.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial model development, analysis skills, and the use of spreadsheets for complex data manipulation.
• Proficiency with financial software systems such as ERP platforms or specialized accounting tools.
• Solid background in tax accounting, auditing procedures, and ensuring compliance with financial regulatory standards.

Pay: $101,457.70 - $137,465.19 per year
