Milroy Construction is seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team in Mountain View.

Role Overview
You'll lead technically challenging commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, partnering with clients, field teams, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution from preconstruction through closeout.
· Manage subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
· Maintain proactive communication with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
· Anticipate challenges and drive solutions to keep projects on track.
· Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
· Build strong relationships across teams and uphold Milroy's values of integrity, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications
· 5+ years managing commercial or industrial construction projects
· Experience leading projects from preconstruction through closeout
· Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project controls
· Excellent leadership and client communication skills
· Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office (Bridgit a plus)
· Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $150,000–$230,000 per year
Compensation is based on experience, project complexity, leadership capabilities, and overall qualifications.
