The Senior Manager, Meeting & Events Operations, is responsible for overseeing the strategic management, optimization, and continuous improvement of the M&E technology platform (Cvent). This role ensures the platform remains accurate, up-to-date, and fully aligned with the evolving needs of event planners and stakeholders. The position plays a significant role in driving operational efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making through automated reporting, and establishing best-in-class standards and processes across the M&E function.
In the role of liaison between the Strategic Meeting Management Platform (Cvent) and the M&E planning teams, you will guarantee the platform facilitates effective event execution. You will also ensure it supports full planning workflows and produces comprehensive automated reports. Your skills will drive ongoing advancements by evaluating new platform functions, advising on improvements, and implementing established guidelines to increase efficiency, regulatory adherence, and user experience.

You will be highly collaborative, proactive in finding opportunities for improvement, and comfortable driving change across cross-functional teams.
The Meetings and Events team collaborates with business partners on the planning, budgeting, and design of internal and client events. The team leads over 1,000 events a year with a focus on crafting detailed and memorable experiences that support business and firm-wide objectives.
The hourly pay rate for this position is $70-80 per hour.
