Seeking a software development Project Manager we who will responsible for the coordination and delivery of one or more software projects for the development group in an enterprise software development environment. The role relies on a blend of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Requires a strong leader who employs analytical, planning and organizational skills to manage the demands of multiple responsibilities impacting the team. This position will be responsible for the coordination and completion of software development projects on time and within budget, while delivering a defined scope and operational support for high volume systems. Duties include managing requirements, setting timelines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring the progress of the project. Responsible for creating status reports and presentations for Senior Management on a regular basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
• BS/BA in a technical or business discipline
• 7+ years of experience working in systems and software development
• Proven working experience in project management
• Background in both Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies
• Expert level proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Team oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Direct hands-on experience with at least one Agile project management tool such as Jira or Azure DevOps

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $52.00 per hour
