STYLEXCHANGE is seeking a part-time Store Manager to join our Mount Pleasant team.

STYLEXCHANGE is a contemporary boutique known for its curated selection of apparel, footwear, and accessories, as well as a team of Stylists dedicated to delivering a highly personalized customer experience. We are looking for a motivated and fashion-driven individual who is ready to take on a leadership role within a dynamic retail environment.

As a part time manager you will partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, support team development, and drive overall store performance. This role requires a strong presence on the sales floor, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to lead by example in both styling and selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Provide leadership on the sales floor by driving customer experience, team engagement, and sales results
• Deliver personalized styling services and build lasting client relationships
• Coach and support team members to achieve individual and store performance goals
• Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand expectations
• Address customer concerns with professionalism and discretion
• Assume responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated interest in fashion, styling, and current trends
• Previous retail experience required; leadership experience strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented
• Interest in long-term growth and leadership development within the company
