Meat Manager – Randy’s Market Osage

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Meat Department Director to lead our meat operations at Randy’s Market. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the meat department, ensuring the highest quality standards, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving sales growth while maintaining a focus on exceptional customer service.

As a manager you’re responsible for ordering, stocking, cutting, wrapping and maintaining par levels to grow sales and gross profit.

As a Meat cutter you will be responsible for working closely with Store Manager, in order to create a positive environment and ensure the success of the store and department through excellent customer service and a demonstrated passion for food. The Meat cutter will actively engage and educate customers about our meat and seafood products. The Meat cutter will demonstrate a high level of integrity with department products, with department employees and our customers. A respect for detail by the Meat cutter will ensure that we remain focused on creating a positive experience for our customers. The Meat cutter will lead by example and be expected to create a warm and safe environment for all those who visit our stores. We requires previous meat cutting experience (meat, poultry, pork, and seafood) in the retail industry. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills and possess basic math skills for ordering and inventory. We will require demonstrated multi-tasking skills. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated with a sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment at all times with all levels of employees. Demonstrated excellent people skills are required for all positions. The job requires standing, walking, bending throughout the entire work day and the ability to lift, stack and maneuver objects. Weekend, evening and holiday work will be required in the position. Minimum age for employment is 18 Join our team.
