Duties

• Coordinate and support all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with project goals, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, permits, and project correspondence.
• Oversee submittal, RFI, and document control processes to ensure timely review, distribution, and resolution among project stakeholders.
• Coordinate material procurement, vendor communication, and delivery tracking to support project schedules and field operations.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners to resolve project issues and maintain effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, quality standards, building codes, safety requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Track inspections, testing, punch list activities, and closeout requirements, including as-built drawings, warranties, and operation and maintenance manuals.
• Utilize construction management software and project controls tools to maintain accurate project information, reporting, and workflow management.

Experience

• Extensive knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and general construction management tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel data analysis for cost tracking and schedule optimization.
• Hands-on construction site experience coupled with a solid understanding of contracts, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience working with civil engineering projects or heavy infrastructure developments is highly desirable.

Pay: $81,523.89 - $98,179.30 per year
