Anchor Homes builds residential homes where details matter just as much as deadlines. When something slips in construction, you don’t see it on paper—you see it in delays, callbacks, and frustration from homeowners. This role exists to keep that from happening.

We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager who can keep multiple residential builds moving without losing track of the small things that make or break a project.

Most of the work comes down to staying ahead of what’s next. Making sure subcontractors are lined up, materials show up when they’re supposed to, inspections don’t get delayed, and homeowners aren’t left guessing what’s going on.

No two projects ever run exactly the same. Weather changes things. Trades shift schedules. Something always needs adjusting. The people who do well here are the ones who don’t get rattled by that—they just figure it out and keep things moving.

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing residential home construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and deliveries
• Keeping projects on timeline and flagging issues before they turn into delays
• Communicating with homeowners so they always know what stage things are in
• Making sure materials, permits, and trades are aligned at each phase
• Solving day-to-day problems that come up on job sites
• Keeping documentation and project updates organized and accurate
• Working closely with field teams to keep builds moving efficiently

What we’re looking for

• Experience in residential construction, project management, or site supervision
• Comfortable managing multiple homes or builds at once
• Strong communication skills with both crews and homeowners
• Able to make decisions quickly when plans shift
• Organized enough to track details, but practical enough to stay flexible
• Familiar with construction timelines, subcontractor coordination, and inspections
• Someone who takes ownership of outcomes, not just tasks

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
