Anchor Homes builds residential homes where details matter just as much as deadlines. When something slips in construction, you don’t see it on paper—you see it in delays, callbacks, and frustration from homeowners. This role exists to keep that from happening.
We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager who can keep multiple residential builds moving without losing track of the small things that make or break a project.
Most of the work comes down to staying ahead of what’s next. Making sure subcontractors are lined up, materials show up when they’re supposed to, inspections don’t get delayed, and homeowners aren’t left guessing what’s going on.
No two projects ever run exactly the same. Weather changes things. Trades shift schedules. Something always needs adjusting. The people who do well here are the ones who don’t get rattled by that—they just figure it out and keep things moving.

Why this role matters
A residential build only works when all the moving parts stay aligned. When communication breaks down or schedules slip, everything behind it slows down too.
This role is the one keeping that from happening—quietly solving problems, keeping trades aligned, and making sure homes get delivered the way they’re supposed to.
