Reporting into the Operations Leader, you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and delivery targets are achieved
- Drive a strong safety culture by enforcing compliance, reducing risk, and promoting best practices across the site
- Develop and optimize production schedules and workforce planning to meet changing business demands
- Implement and lead continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of manufacturing staff, setting clear objectives and driving accountability
- Identify training needs and support ongoing employee development and succession planning
- Utilize data and metrics to identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions
- Support plant leadership with strategic initiatives and operational improvements
- Lead change management efforts, ensuring strong employee engagement and adoption
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Contribute to the development of automation and process enhancement strategies where applicable

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory role with oversight of shift supervisors
- Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role within textiles or a related production environment
- Strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma certification advantageous)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Experience managing performance metrics and delivering measurable operational improvements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working with urgency
- Familiarity with ERP systems and standard business software tools
