As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Controller to lead our accounting and financial reporting functions while serving as a trusted business partner to executive leadership.

Position Summary

The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, cost accounting, internal controls, and risk management activities. This individual will ensure the integrity of the company's financial information, maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards, and provide timely financial analysis to support business growth. Manage tax compliance activities by working with outside CPA firm.

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with exceptional technical accounting skills, strong business acumen, and experience managing the financial operations of a growing organization.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, including significant experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general accounting, cost accounting, and internal controls.
• Experience working with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to executive leadership.

Preferred

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
