We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate specializing in aircraft parts sales to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our wholesale client base, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Your energetic approach will help us grow our presence in the market. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine sales expertise with technical knowledge, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. You will play a key role in promoting our products and services, closing deals efficiently, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, and quote incoming ILS/PartsBase or direct RFQ's from our 500k+ parts stock with clients to close sales while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• Review of posted US Government contracts that our organization may bid on.
• Follow up on quotes to ensure a high closing rate, and build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, personalized service, and regular follow-ups.
• Manage inside sales activities using CRM systems and POS platforms to track leads, orders, and customer interactions efficiently.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end sales deals effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse client interactions.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to following up on leads and resolving customer concerns.
• Ability to work on-site in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

We offer a competive base salary plus commissions.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
