Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to help boost brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
• Help identify and research potential influencers and assist in outreach to support influencer marketing efforts.
• Contribute to research and coordination with media partners to explore brand placement opportunities.
• Help maintain brand consistency by supporting the implementation of branding guidelines across all marketing channels.
• Work with the content team to help plan, schedule, and publish social media content that aligns with our brand voice.
• Support the execution of special branding initiatives and projects under the guidance of senior team members.
• Collaborate with various internal teams on creative branding ideas and cross-functional marketing efforts.
• Contribute to B2B marketing efforts, including market research and campaign support.
• Support digital media campaigns by helping manage timelines, organizing creative assets, updating campaign trackers, and monitoring key performance metrics such as clicks and conversions.
• Help plan and prepare for trade show events and other brand-related exhibitions.
• Help build and maintain media lists, and assist in outreach to journalists, influencers, and industry partners.
• Stay current with marketing trends, social media updates, and emerging tools or platforms.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Previous internship or project experience in PR, marketing, or communications is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and a curiosity for learning how brands use them.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Interest or basic experience in influencer marketing, trade show planning, or PR (in-house or agency) is a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
