Summer Marketer — Door to Door | Hendricks House Painting | $20/hr + $5 per lead

What it is

I run Hendricks House Painting, a College Works Painting branch covering Hendricks County. We're painting houses in Brownsburg, Avon, Plainfield, Pittsboro and Danville. Your job is to walk those neighborhoods, knock doors, and find homeowners who want a free estimate. I handle the estimates and the sales — you start the conversations and hand me the interested ones.

The honest part

This is sales. You're not closing anything, but you're approaching strangers and asking for something, and most will say no. A good night is forty conversations and a handful of interested homeowners. If that sounds miserable, this isn't your job and the pay won't fix it. If it sounds like a challenge, the people who are good at this make real money and walk away with a skill that's worth something.

Pay

$20/hour, paid whether you set leads or not, plus $5 per qualified lead. Set a lead an hour and you're at $25. Training is paid, and you're paid from your first shift.

Schedule

5–8pm weekdays, 15 hours a week, running through exterior season. I'd rather have three nights you actually show up for than five you're unsure about — tell me which nights are real.

What you need

• 18 or older
• Reliable transportation to neighborhoods
• Able to walk a few hours in summer heat
• Presentable, and comfortable opening conversations
• Show up when you say you will — this matters more than everything above combined

No experience needed. I'll train you and work your first shift with you.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
