Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of product quality, testing processes, and compliance standards. Your expertise will ensure our products meet the highest safety and quality benchmarks while supporting our mission to deliver exceptional food products to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all internal, customer, regulatory, and third-party audits, ensuring the facility remains audit-ready at all times.
• Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans resulting from audit findings, customer complaints, and non-conformances, ensuring timely resolution and verification of effectiveness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, regulatory agencies, and customers during audits and inspections.
• Maintain all quality and food safety documentation required for audit compliance, certifications, and regulatory standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, reduce quality risks, and ensure ongoing compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software quality assurance within IT environments, especially in mobile testing (Android/iOS) and web applications.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies including functional testing, system testing, performance testing (LoadRunner), load testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, JUnit, TestNG, and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with version control systems including GitHub, GitLab, SVN; experience with build tools like Maven or Ant is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL databases (MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server) for data analysis and root cause investigations; knowledge of PL/SQL is advantageous.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) as well as Waterfall project management approaches.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed data analysis to identify trends and improve product quality.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical teams and business units; adept at requirements gathering and documentation.
• Technical support experience related to software troubleshooting and defect resolution is preferred.
