SKI Beer is seeking outgoing and dynamic Sales Executives to sell our excellent portfolio of craft and imported beers and ciders, as well as our extensive non-alcoholic portfolio, to our On-Premise trade (Bars and Restaurants) businesses.

Don't know much about beer or the beer and beverage industry? We provide training! We will provide upfront and ongoing training that will help you develop and maintain your professional skills in Sales and Marketing, Distribution and Supply Chain Management, and Basic Business Practices. You will:

• Tour breweries so that you can better understand how beer is made.
• Gain an understanding about different styles of beer.
• Learn about the rich histories and traditions of our brewer partners.
• Develop your knowledge of the bar and restaurant industry in New York.
• Learn how to sell, and discern which products fit into which account.

In addition to our ongoing in-house training, you will start your new career with 3 weeks in the field with experienced members of our sales team, so you can learn about the day to day responsibilities of the job.

Job Responsibilities

• You will directly manage all aspects of your sales territory.
• Visiting and communicating with all customer accounts on a weekly basis.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Prospecting for new business and closing sales with new accounts.
• Servicing products in all accounts.
• Expanding your product knowledge and presentation skills.
• Working on special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• 21 years of age or older to comply with federal and state regulations.
• Superior customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with buyers.
• Flexible work schedule ability to respond to marketplace demands by planning time and activities to achieve company objectives.
• Personal vehicle - A car is a plus and you will receive a car allowance.
• Bar, restaurant, hospitality or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills are preferred.
