Job Description
ECU Department of Economics is currently seeking an office assistant who will assist the office staff and faculty with various tasks, including:
- Answering the phone
- Taking messages
- Running copies
- Greeting staff, faculty, and students
- Answering questions regarding general office services
- Updating bulletin boards, making labels, and assisting with setting up for special events
- Be able to operate common office equipment such as computers and copiers
- Assist with department social media
- Perform other duties as assigned
GPA Requirement
Minimum of 2.0
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
License/certification required
