Company Overview:
We are a dynamic and growing 3PL company specializing in transloading, pick and pack, and comprehensive warehousing solutions. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a capable Operations Analyst to support the daily operations of our warehouse office team and ensure smooth and timely shipment handling.

Position Overview:
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound freight activity, coordinating with the warehouse team on container devanning, and maintaining accurate data across multiple logistics systems. This position is vital in ensuring operational efficiency, on-time deliveries, and clear communication between office and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage LTL, FedEx, and UPS pickups and deliveries
• Coordinate inbound and outbound devanning processes with warehouse leads and supervisors
• Act as a liaison between warehouse and office teams to ensure shipment accuracy and timely execution
• Update and maintain records in the warehouse management system (WMS)
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or exceptions
• Prepare and review BOLs, packing lists, and shipping labels
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment statuses, updates, or issues
• Ensure inventory movements are properly reflected in the system
• Support in managing returns or damaged goods
• Perform other office administrative tasks as needed to support logistics operations

Qualifications:

• University graduate
• Bilingual English and Chinese, written and spoken
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently under pressure
• Preferred - 2+ years of experience in a warehouse logistics or shipping office environment, preferably in a 3PL setting
• Preferred - Proficient with warehouse and shipping software (e.g., WMS, TMS, Excel, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,500.00 per year
