As the most senior leader for Naisnow in the U.S. market, the Country Managing Director is fully accountable for the brand's strategic execution and day-to-day operations in the region. The core mission is to drive Naisnow's successful market entry (from 0 to 1) and subsequent scalable expansion across the United States. This role holds end-to-end responsibility for three key pillars—People Management (both headquarters functions and store teams), Store Development, and Franchisee Management—ensuring that brand standards and business performance goals are consistently met.
