Right now, we are actively interviewing experienced Superintendents for work in the Northwest Louisiana market. We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills who can manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules, ensure quality workmanship, and enforce safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction site operations.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Conduct daily site inspections and quality control checks.
• Resolve field issues and communicate progress with project managers.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with local building officials.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, site logs, and documentation.
• Monitor material deliveries and equipment usage.
• Ensure all work meets applicable building codes and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
• Experience managing commercial, industrial, and healthcare construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software (Bluebeam, Primavera or similar preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Certification
• Experience with scheduling software (Bluebeam or Primavera P6)
• Degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred but not required)
