Electrical Superintendent & Assistant Superintendent
Location: Richmond / Chesterfield County, VA
Pay: $70,000–$120,000 per year, based on role and experience
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for qualified Electrical Superintendent candidates
Additional Compensation: Incentive and bonus opportunities available

Position Overview
Kodiak Labor Solutions is hiring experienced Electrical Superintendents and Assistant Electrical Superintendents for commercial electrical construction projects in the Richmond / Chesterfield County, VA area.
These roles are a strong fit for hands-on electrical field leaders who can lead crews, coordinate manpower and materials, manage daily site activity, support project schedules, and keep commercial electrical work moving safely, efficiently, and to code.
You do not have to currently hold the title of “Superintendent” to be considered. If you have been a Commercial Electrical Foreman, General Foreman, Lead Electrician, Journeyman Electrician, Master Electrician, or senior field leader responsible for crews, schedules, safety, quality, and production, we should talk.

What You’ll Do
What We’re Looking For
Qualified candidates should have strong commercial electrical construction experience and previous field leadership experience as an Electrical Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Electrical Foreman, General Foreman, Lead Electrician, Journeyman Electrician, Master Electrician, or similar senior field role.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of the NEC, OSHA requirements, commercial electrical installation practices, electrical drawings, project schedules, field production, manpower planning, material coordination, and jobsite safety.
A Journeyman or Master Electrician license and OSHA 30 certification are required for some roles and strongly preferred for others.
Experience with Procore, BIM, Microsoft Teams, tablets, laptops, smartphones, daily reports, project documentation, predictive reporting, pre-task plans, and construction technology is highly valuable.
The ideal candidate will be organized, safety-focused, professional, able to solve field issues quickly, and comfortable leading teams in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.
