What A Day Looks Like:

As an educator with us, you are a key partner in early learning – actively guiding developmental milestones and setting children up for lifelong success:

• Creating Safe Spaces: Maintaining an inclusive, healthy, and organized classroom environment.
• Designing Fun Learning: Planning and executing creative activities that align with PA curriculum guidelines and include Individualized activities to meet all student’s needs.
• Building Partnerships: Serving as a supportive communication bridge with parents, sharing daily wins and milestones.
• Guiding Social Skills: Helping children navigate peer interactions, build confidence, and learn emotional regulation.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for dedicated professionals who are certified to teach in Pennsylvania.

• A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or a related field with a valid Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Instructional Certificate for Early Childhood Education (Level 1 or Level 2)
• 2-years of teaching experience

Additional Requirements

• A genuine enthusiasm, compassion, and patience for young children.
• Ability to successfully pass all standard Child Protective Clearances.
• Reliable daily transportation to our Erie locations.
