The Rising Workplace is seeking an experienced certified ergonomic specialist or certified ergonomist with a background in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or Athletic Training to provide weekly ergonomic services to an art studio, offices, and public works department in the greater Portland area.

Applicants should have experience performing ergonomic assessments, consultation, and training.

Applicants should include a cover letter detailing their experience and interest in ergonomics.

Skills and Experience should include

• At least one certification in ergonomics
• Degree in related field from accredited university: Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, Human Factors, Ergonomics etc.
• Advanced training, credentials, or special interest in ergonomics
• Knowledge of ergonomic assessment tools
• Excellent communication skills with experience and comfort in public speaking and group trainings
• Proficient at generating individual and site reports
• Knowledge of current research, resources, and products related to workplace ergonomics

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.00 per hour
