Esperanza School is a vibrant early childhood community serving children from infancy through preschool. Our days are filled with laughter, learning, and constant activity, and we're looking for an exceptional Administrative Coordinator to become the welcoming face and organizational heart of our school.

What You'll Do
- Welcome families, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, emails, and general office inquiries
- Assist with enrollment, attendance, billing, and daily administrative tasks
- Utilize Procare for student records, billing, and family communication
- Support classrooms as needed to maintain ratios and assist during transitions
- Create engaging monthly newsletters, calendars, flyers, and family communications
- Help organize school events and administrative projects
- Maintain organized records and confidential files
- Assist with daily operations to ensure the school runs efficiently
- Drive a 13-passenger school van for after-school pick-up
Qualifications
- Previous administrative office experience required
- Experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
- Experience with Procare software and tuition billing strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Canva or similar design programs
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and a genuine love for working with children and families

Requirements
- Must be at least 22 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass all required background checks
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be comfortable driving a 13-passenger van
- Must be available to attend one evening staff training each month
