Duties

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs, explaining service benefits, and addressing any questions or concerns with clarity and professionalism
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure scheduled appointments are confirmed and prepared for optimal success
• Maintain high levels of customer service by providing courteous, informative, and engaging communication throughout each interaction

Experience

• Proven experience in telemarketing or appointment setting (We hire No Experience as well)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and confidently
• Background in technology or technical sales is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of product features and benefits
• Experience in customer service or support roles that require active listening and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated success in marketing outreach efforts, including warm calling strategies that build rapport quickly
