Carmella's Greenville is a high-volume cafe and dessert restaurant in Downtown Greenville. We are hiring pastry professionals to work with a great team of highly motivated, talented individuals. Job requirements include a great attitude, awesome work ethic, previous commercial/restaurant pastry experience, and care for the highest quality product available in the Greenville market.
This position may include bread making, cake mixing and baking, frosting and filling cakes, and production of various other pastries and savory items. Our kitchen emphasizes high volume production of our established recipes rather than plated desserts. Professionals seeking employment with us should anticipate working in that kind of environment.

At least 2 years of Previous Experience in a professional, restaurant Pastry/Bakery position is required for this position.
