Accounts Receivable Specialist

Northcoast Property Management Co., LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist who enjoys working with people just as much as numbers. Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Receive, verify, post, and reconcile incoming payments.

• Prepare invoices, account statements, deposits, and payment reports.

• Research and resolve account discrepancies and billing questions promptly and professionally.

• Communicate with customers regarding account balances, payment options, and billing inquiries.

• Send payment reminders and assist with collection efforts while maintaining positive customer relationships.

• Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure all payments are accurately recorded.

• Generate financial and aging reports.

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting homeowners and board members with questions.

• Perform general administrative duties to support the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or general accounting experience preferred.

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience helpful.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.

• Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other accounting software.

• Strong data entry and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously, even in challenging situations.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently while contributing to a team environment.

• High level of integrity, accuracy, and dependability.

Pay: $37,440.00 - $41,600.00 per year
