Job Summary

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

No prior experience in AI is required—your native German language expertise and understanding of speech and pronunciation are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities

• Record clear, high-quality German audio samples to support AI model development.
• Annotate speech data with a high level of linguistic and phonetic accuracy.
• Contribute to the design and execution of speech data collection workflows.
• Evaluate AI-generated language outputs and provide feedback to improve pronunciation, fluency, and language understanding.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.
• Apply your expertise in German phonetics, pronunciation, and regional language variations throughout the project.
• Document findings and communicate insights clearly with remote team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Native fluency in German with deep familiarity with regional accents, dialects, and language nuances.
• Experience with speech annotation, transcription, or speech data collection workflows.
• Strong understanding of phonetics, pronunciation, and linguistic principles.
• Previous experience in audio recording, voice acting, podcasting, audio engineering, broadcasting, or communications is highly valued.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience contributing to AI training or speech annotation projects.
• Background in linguistics, audio engineering, speech technology, or related disciplines.
• Experience evaluating audio quality or providing linguistic quality assurance for speech datasets.
