What You'll Do

• Edit high-quality YouTube videos, commercials, product videos, and social media content.
• Assist on production shoots including interviews, B-roll, studio productions, and location filming.
• Help with lighting, audio, camera setup, grip, and general production.
• Collaborate with a small, ambitious team where everyone's ideas help improve the final product.
• Occasionally work on creative passion projects alongside client work.

Bonus: You're happy to travel a few times each year (typically 3–4 days out of state per quarter).

Who We're Looking For

You don't need to know everything.

But you do need to care.

We're looking for someone who:

• Shows up on time and follows through.
• Communicates clearly and proactively.
• Loves filmmaking and wants to become exceptional at it.
• Takes ownership instead of making excuses.
• Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.
• Is humble enough to receive feedback and confident enough to contribute ideas.
• Wants to build something meaningful, not just clock in and out.

Technical skills can be taught.

Attitude, integrity, and reliability are much harder to teach.

Requirements

• Experience editing video (Adobe Premiere Pro preferred).
• Basic production knowledge (camera, lighting, and audio), or the ability to learn quickly.
• Full-time availability, working onsite at our studio in Camp Verde, Arizona.
