Screen Printing Production Technician

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Overtime, including occasional Saturdays, is required during our busy season

We're a fast-growing screen printing company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our production team. This position is a great fit for someone with experience in manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, packaging, quality control, or other hands-on production environments.

Our team produces high-quality printed apparel for a variety of customers, and this role plays an important part in making sure every order meets our quality standards. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, follows processes carefully, and enjoys being part of a small team where everyone contributes.

What You'll Do

As a Screen Printing Production Technician, you'll assist our automatic press operators throughout the screen printing process. Duties include:

• Removing printed garments from the press while maintaining print quality
• Inspecting garments to ensure prints are straight and meet quality standards
• Performing quality checks throughout production and communicating issues quickly
• Monitoring and regulating pallet adhesive for consistent production
• Retrieving screens, inks, garments and production supplies
• Cleaning screens, squeegees, and printing equipment
• Assisting with screen setup, pallet changes, taping, and production preparation
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production area
• Assisting with the receiving of shipments and other warehouse tasks as needed

Physical Requirements

This position is physically active. Applicants should be comfortable:

• Standing for the entire shift
• Frequently lifting and moving up to 30 pounds
• Using hands and arms repetitively
• Reaching, bending, and moving throughout the workday
• Working in a warm production environment around industrial printing equipment

Experience

Screen printing experience is helpful but not required. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or production experience is also helpful. We will train the right person who brings reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
