Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will oversee all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of construction projects, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management tools to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee construction estimating processes and review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately assess project scope and costs.
• Manage procurement activities utilizing HeavyBid or comparable construction estimating software to secure materials and services efficiently.
• Monitor construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and documentation using Construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam.
• Coordinate with civil engineers and other technical professionals to interpret schematics and ensure precise execution on-site.
• Track project progress through detailed project scheduling and adjust plans proactively to address potential delays or issues.
• Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other critical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

• Extensive experience with construction site management, including site supervision and safety oversight.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and contract administration processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Excellent project management skills with a focus on scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors across multiple projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and change management within a construction environment.
• Proven ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple priorities in fast-paced settings with extensive construction site experience. Pay: Up to $160,000.00 per year
