We are seeking a Regional Project Manager for Perth Amboy, NJ.
Must be able to travel nationwide and must be bilingual in Spanish. This role manages recruitment and operations for new client onboarding for Onsite programs.
Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include management of company onsite accounts, including set up of new onsite accounts, as well as maintaining ongoing onsite account relationships.
· Implementation of new onsite business start to finish
· Develop SOP‘s and best practices for onsite locations
· Develop and train to support as backup to the Program Director
· Create department directory, onsite branch manual, and customer orientations
· Coordinate installation of electronic timeclocks for work sites
· Set up invoices and reporting structure
· Establish rapport and build professional relationships with clients
· Perform onsite quarterly business reviews.
· Prepare presentations for customers as needed. Example: quarterly business reviews, turnover reports, fill rate reports, exit interview data
· Contribute ideas and strategies regarding operations and recruitment processes
· Communicate company changes and expectations to prospective locations
· Train new onsite managers at prospective accounts/locations
· Meet weekly with new and ongoing onsite accounts to review the implementation checklist
· Monitor revenue and gross profit of locations, ensure KPIs are met
· Ensure client satisfaction via routine check-ins and quarterly business reviews and growth
· Manage P & L and/or KPIs and review with managers weekly
· Ongoing training, management, accountability and development of onsite managers and other program managers
· Monitor and coach on Onsite KPI’s
· Meet with branch area manager to discuss recruiting efforts and needs at various onsite locations.
· Handle any onsite client inquiries/needs
· Ensure safety expectations and protocol are met such as daily walkthroughs, monthly safety meetings, PPE training, etc.
· Must be able to travel as needed throughout multiple regions including out of state
· Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly reports are completed for responsible locations
· Attend new client meetings as needed, tour worksite facilities
Qualifications
· At least 5 years of staffing experience, preferably industrial with a key focus on the implementation of a new account, preferably onsite accounts
· Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
· A current and valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance certification are required
· Reliable transportation
· Has held a senior management or director-level position within an organization
· Strong safety background is preferred
· Has proven success managing a team

Company Standards and KPIs
· Turnover – Maintain a turnover rate of 8% or less per week, per onsite account
· Fill Rate – 98% fill rate expectation, per onsite account
· Quarterly Business Reviews – Attend all onsite quarterly business reviews for onsite accounts
· Revenue – Accounts must generate $100K in revenue weekly or have a minimum headcount of 100 associates to staff an onsite manager at the location. Must increase current business growth by 38% monthly.
· Customer Surveys – Ensure distribution of customer surveys annually, maintain 4.00 customer rating in all surveyed categories
· Safety – Goal of 0 injuries weekly
