Position Summary
The Project Manager is the General Contractor's full-time, on-site administrative and contractual leader, with authorization and control over all project activities. The PM is the single point of contact between the Owner's Representative and GC for all administrative aspects of the project, must possess sufficient technical knowledge and experience to lead the installation team, and shall not change during the course of the project. The PM owns budget, schedule, contracts, change management, MWBE/SDVOB utilization, and overall project delivery.

Working Conditions
Full-time on-site at the project location (with periodic travel for design reviews, owner meetings, and procurement). Combined office trailer and active construction environment. Standard 40+ hour work week with extended hours and 24/7 reachability during critical sequences and emergencies.
Pay: $145,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
