Hooked On Solar is seeking a high-performing Construction Manager to lead commercial construction projects, including solar PV and battery energy storage systems (ESS), from contract handoff through final inspection and project closeout.

This is a leadership role responsible for driving project execution, holding teams accountable, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of multiple commercial projects and operate with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of construction or project management experience
• Proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
• Familiarity with permitting, AHJ processes, and inspections
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites

Strongly Preferred

• Experience in solar, renewable energy, or battery storage (ESS)
• Knowledge of permitting and utility interconnection (PG&E)
• Familiarity with California electrical and building codes
• Electrical contracting or field experience
• NABCEP certification
• Public works or union construction experience

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
