As a Project - Lead Analytics and Insights Engineer II on the Analytics and Insights team, you will be responsible for...
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, curated data sets, and semantic models that support reporting, analytics, and decision-making.
- Translate business and reporting requirements into scalable data solutions, including source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, and validation rules.
- Develop and optimize SQL, Python, and platform-native transformations to improve data quality, processing efficiency, and usability.
- Partner with product owners, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver data products.
- Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and documentation to support reliable, governed, and maintainable analytics assets.

Qualifications
Required
:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, business intelligence engineering, or data warehousing
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence Reporting, Data Analysis, and/or Data Modeling

5+ years of experience working with ERP Systems, ideally Cognos

Security+ Certified or be able to obtain certification

Must have active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,000 to $218,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
