The Construction Project Manager provides experience, leadership, and guidance throughout the entire scope of a project, from initial planning to project close-out. Wenaha Group's primary mission is protecting our clients' interests, by foreseeing potential challenges, resolving conflicts immediately, and emphasizing responsive and open communication with the entire project team. The Construction Project Manager reports to the Senior Project Manager. The Construction Project Management environment can be quickly changing and encounter a myriad of day-to-day job duties that require a candidate to be flexible, enjoy problem-solving and have strong listening skills. An effective Construction Project Manager must exhibit a collaborative attitude, willingness to learn, and enjoy working in a team environment. The Construction Project Manager will be involved with project pursuits, generating new opportunities from existing clients, and assisting with business development efforts.
Job Type - Exempt & full-time position
Salary Range
$81,000 to $95,000 depending on contribution and experience.
