PRICE REALTY CORPORATION is seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainer to support the training and development of onsite teams throughout our multifamily portfolio. This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering training programs that promote operational excellence compliance and exceptional resident services.

The ideal candidate is a motivated trainer who combines hands-on multifamily experience with a passion for developing people. This individual can effectively engage employees at all levels and help ensure consistent execution of company standards across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training for new hires and existing team members on:

>Navigating RealPage/OneSite software

>Property Management policies and procedures

>Leasing, resident retention, and customer service

>Day-to-day property operations

>Fair housing and regulatory compliance

• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and resources.
• Conduct virtual and onsite sessions.
• Partner with Operations, Human Resources and Regional Managers to identify training needs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and recommend process improvements.
• Support implementation of new policies, procedures, and operational initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a multifamily property manager or other onsite leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily property management operations.
• Experience training or coaching onsite teams.
• Proficiency with RealPage software and property management systems.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel within Dallas, Houston & Austin region.
