Overview
We’re looking for a BI Analyst to help design, build, and support enterprise reporting solutions with a primary focus on Power BI. This role partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable, scalable reporting and analytics that supports day-to-day operations and executive decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong Power BI skills, a solid foundation in SQL and relational databases, and experience working with reporting content in a production environment. Power Apps experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models that support business reporting needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, define metrics, and deliver usable reporting solutions.
- Support ongoing improvements to reporting content, including enhancements, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and iterative updates.
- Partner with data/IT teams to ensure data availability, quality, and consistency across reporting solutions.
- Assist with governance-related needs such as documentation, security/access considerations, and release processes.
- Contribute to Power Platform solutions (Power Apps) that complement reporting workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in BI, reporting, analytics, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong experience with Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, Power Query).
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases.
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical/reporting solutions and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Power Apps experience (Canvas apps, Dataverse integrations, or SharePoint-based apps).
- Python experience for analytics, automation, data validation, or lightweight ETL.
- Experience with Power BI Service administration and deployment practices.
- Exposure to Azure data services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric) or other ETL/ELT tools.
- Familiarity with version control and ticketing/SDLC practices (Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.).
- Relevant certifications are a plus (Microsoft PL-300, Power Platform certs, Azure fundamentals).

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
